To vitalise businessprocesses

Our environment is constantly changing. New challenges, new markets, more information, etc..The growing variaty that we face in our daily lives might sometimes be a little daunting. In order to cope with these changing environment, changing markets and changing customer needs, business processes need to be both efficient and flexible.

This means that businessprocesses have to stimulate a constant internal drive to improve, with a strong focus on creating even more customer value.

Vitalised business processes consists of five components:
 

• KNOW; knoledge of the process, from start to end
• CONTROL; to manage and control the process in regards of the flow, results, IT and people
• SHARE; information on clients, products and procedures is available, accessable and is being shared
• IMPROVE; constantly improving the process in order to increase customer value
• SHOW; to show and communicate the impact of the process to clients

Although these components are important, there is no single method or solution to always be ´one step ahead´. Generally speaking; in order to improve a businessprocess, you need to make sure that your important business processes can keep up with the ever changing environement.
